960 registrants at GAES Catalunya Bike Race shifted by XTR

The second edition will have 24 nationalities represented

New success of GAES Catalunya Bike Race shifted by XTR ability to convene, which in its second edition gathers approximately a thousand riders from 24 different countries and from the five continents.

Andorra, Argentina, Belgium, Bolivia, Colombia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Portugal, Sierra Leone, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States and Venezuela.

Outstanding is also the record of women registered (37 in Elite category and 46 in Master). In addition, almost all the Autonomous Communities (except Ceuta and Melilla) will be represented, with Catalonia (59%) being the most numerous.

As a novelty in this edition, during the BUFF® Stage, the race will pass 4,5 kilometres through France (the foreign country with the highest participation), entering Latour-de-Carol before reaching the top of the Guils-Fontanera cross country ski resort.
